Where does Safetysale.de deliver?
We deliver to worldwide! Simply select your country from the dropdown box in the checkout. We beleive in offering Free Delivery to all our customers no matter where in the world you're shopping from.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Please allow 10 – 14 working days for delivery due to the high demand we’re currently experiencing.
To be able to offer such low prices, on some occasions we ship directly from our warehouses using a lower cost method of delivery. Please be patient when waiting for your order, we guarantee it will be worth the wait!
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by your local postal company.
Can I track my order?
At the moment we are unable to offer this feature however it is something we’re working to improve and should be able to offer in the next few months. If you'd like an update on the status of an order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards through our secure server. We also offer payment via PayPal should you prefer.

What happens in the case of a return?
If for any reason you return your item for a refund, the refund will be processed onto the card used to make the purchase.

My item has arrived damaged what should I do?
Please Contact Us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and we will either refund or offer an exchange.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I complete a return?

Who pays the return shipping?
Unless your item arrived faulty/damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent out, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us.
How long will it take to get my money after a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
