Average delivery time is 8-16 business days. However, international shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. If it's been more than 4 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.

On the whole, the gel pads are definitely necessary, but you should change after some time not only for hygienic reasons, but also because of the glue. Usually this is dependent on your sweat and the care. (Normally 10-20 training sessions should be possible without changing the gel pads)

We recommend to use EMS Trainer 2-3 times a week for about 20 minutes. You will already clearly feel the difference in 1 to 2 months!

Personally, I sweat a lot and jogged for 1-2 hours with the pads.

The different programs on the EMS Trainer from Safetysale are very varied and have caused my muscles more and more to fail.

After training, I could barely feel my arms because I had set the programs very high (I love to go beyond my limits). I was able to sleep very well that night ..

2 days later I tried this again while cycling without changing the gel pads and it all worked wonderfully.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please get in touch via the contact us page or e-mail safetysale_info@web.de and we will process your return. 

Unless your item arrived faulty/damaged, in which case a replacement will be sent out, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
